Metal Buildings

At Wiggins Portable Buildings and Trailer Sales, we've got metal buildings with aluminum siding that looks painted but actually has a baked enamel finish that has a 20-year warranty. All of our exposed lumber on all of our buildings is treated and there’s a 40-year warranty against rot. We do provide blocks.

There's no charge for blocking and leveling. All of our buildings have a 4-foot wide standard house type door with a dead-bolt lock, regular lock. They’re wired for light outlet and switch.

Vinyl-Sided Buildings

With our vinyl-sided buildings, all of the exterior lumber is treated. Each comes with a house-type door that's 4-foot wide with a deadbolt lock and regular lock.

They come standard with a shingled roof or a steel roof. There’s a lot more material that goes into the vinyl buildings than the metal buildings.

All vinyl buildings come with a ridge vent for ventilation, vinyl and shingles acting as insulators, and an extra layer of lumber (OSB).
