I didn't see any prices on your site? How can I find out how much something costs?

Our buildings are always unlocked. Open the building you're interested in and you'll see that building's specifications and pricing on the inside. Other products' prices are available and shown on or in the product in which you're interested.

I live more than 50 miles from your location. Will you still deliver to my home?

Yes, but a delivery fee may apply. To get a quote on delivery call us or use our Contact Request form so we can help you with this.

Do you move buildings? If so, what is the cost?

Yes we do move buildings but only buildings we sell. The price we quote you includes unblocking, reblocking and leveling. To get a quote for us to move your building, call us or use our Contact Request form so we can help you with this.

Does the building have to be empty?

Yes it does. If it's not emptied out before we move it, even the smallest item could damage the building. The contents could also be damaged as well.

I'm not sure I want to finance the building but I don't have all the money at once. Do you have any other options?

We have a lay-away plan. For upto 6 months, you can make payments on the item you wish to purchase. When you're finished paying for your lay-away product, we'll deliver it. You should know, however, that we make no guarantee that the building you get will be the exact same building that you began making payments on. We can guarantee that it will be a building just like it.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for payments.

Do you finance and how does that work?

Yes we do finance. We handle all the finance paperwork here and you'll make your payment here but it is backed by a finance company.

What do I need to bring with me to apply for financing?

You'll only need to bring your Driver's License or a Photo ID if you don't have a license. In fact, we can even start your application by phone. Then you'll need to come in and show us your ID (it's a precaution against identity theft) to complete your application.
